A DVR is included with all CCTV kits, which all the cameras connect to. The DVR is constantly recording everything the cameras pickup, and you can review recorded footage from multiple angles, all on 1 screen. Built in infrared night vision allows the CCTV cameras to see in the dark. Picture quality varies according to the device chosen but can run from 1mp up to 12mp; the number of cameras which you can attach also varies dependent upon the model selected. Some models also allow connection to your wi-fi network, meaning you can view a live feed from your computer, tablet or smartphone, even when you are away.
